February Board of Directors Meeting: Transition Meeting between 2022 and 2023 Boards
Monday, February 27th, 2023, 7pm to 9pm at Zoom Call
The transition meeting between the 2022 and 2023 Hideaway Boards of Directors will be held on February 27 starting at 7 PM. Please e-mail the Hideaway (HideawayHotline@gmail.com) if you would like to attend.
Welcome to our new members--Greg Bowers, Hala Sahli, Jonathan Jordan, Chris Avalos, and Rick Moore--and welcome back to our returning members--David Gottschlich, Diane Minor, Erica Woods, and Mark Heikell. We'll be bidding a fond farewell to our departing members--Woody Young, Tim Balasavage, Linda Toole, Jackie Patterson, and Stephanie Mummert.
The basic agenda is that the 2022 Board does what the 2023 Board cannot (approve minutes and get Treasurer's and committee reports). After that, the 2023 Board takes over, with the first order of business being officer elections and committee assignments.
